Services and Pricing

I offer individual and couples therapy as well as Shamanic Life Coaching services for adults and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Typically, therapy and life coaching sessions are scheduled for 53-60 minutes in length. Life coaching services are charged at a rate of $70/session while therapy services cost $150/session. I accept the following insurances for therapy services as well: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Husky, Optum/UHC. *Sliding scale is also available to promote affordability and access to care.

Individual therapy

One-on-one counseling tailored to your specific needs. I specialize in the following areas: childhood trauma, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse recovery, depression, and codependency.

Couples therapy

Being in a relationship is hard work, that's why I'm here to guide you through it and support you in learning about yourself and each other to build lasting connections. Couples work may focus on areas such as: building intimacy and trust, adapting to life changes together, and learning ways to better support and communicate with one another.

Shamanic Life Coaching

Explore yourself, your spirituality, and your personal goals in life through guided solution-focused steps and regular homework assignments that help you make meaning and follow your soul's path. Coaching focuses on goal-directed behaviors rather than symptoms and is most successful with highly motivated clients striving for change.
