My Story

When I first began my career in Psychology, I knew that I was fascinated by people and their stories and wanted to find a way to help people better understand one another.  I had no idea where that would lead me!  As a lover of learning, I have always been curious about new things and decided to explore reiki as a form of self care and stress relief while working the front lines as a therapist during the COVID pandemic.  Before I knew it, I was experiencing and seeing the world in a completely new way than I ever had before.  I started to deepen my connection with my intuitive side and tapped into psychic mediumship and I found myself wanting to learn more and more.  I went on to become a Reiki Master and pursued my love for crystals and nature as I began to study shamanism on my own trauma healing journey.  I realized I had always felt a connection with nature (as most of us probably do) as a child via rock collecting and finding neat animals and insects while playing outdoors.  I had always sought out water and serene landscapes to write my poetry in or to draw when feeling overwhelmed by the world.  Now it all made sense!  I began to take classes and study shamanic and other spiritual forms of healing to integrate and augment my therapy practice and have found great results with my clients.  I know now that our purpose in life is to heal and grow ourselves in a way that allows us to live in peace with those around us and accept one another as we are.  Although I know that you are already enough as you are, I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you realize this yourself!
